Dr. Ceci Bell is the chief executive officer and editorial director for the Lightstand Project, LLC. She is an educator, scholar, and communicator with over 30 years of professional experience working with a non-profit medical association, state government, colleges, and universities. She has a bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in creative writing, a master’s degree in English Education, and a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction with a major in English Education.
