Dr. Ceci Bell is the executive director of the Lightstand Project, LLC. She is an educator, scholar, and communicator with over 30 years of professional experience working with a non-profit medical association, state government, colleges, and universities. She has a bachelor’s degree in English with a concentration in creative writing, a master’s degree in English Education, and a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction with a major in English Education.
